MasterPeace live® Founder: Lynn Glaze

Our Founder

Lynn Glaze developed a passion for the beauty industry at a very young age. Her dedication to help others, passion for the craft, and eye for detail was all the driving force she needed to create MasterPeace live®. Utilizing her own experience as a stylist turned business owner, Lynn helps other salon owners and stylists learn and implement techniques for increasing revenue and profit themselves.

Genuine happiness is in large measure a result of setting and achieving worthwhile goals. The underlying principles behind Lynn are common to all successful small business owners: a burning desire to achieve, and a genuine concern for the well-being of others. MasterPeace is her passion, happiness is her mission. Lynn has an immense place in her heart for the beauty industry in its entirety. She has truly experienced first-hand all aspects of the professional beauty industry. Whether Lynn is working behind the scenes in other businesses or working behind a chair in her salon, she is known as a successful business coach.

Empowered Guidance® Premier Consultant: Sarah Hebert Kennison

Sarah Hebert Kennison is Owner/Stylist of Bauhaus Salon in Lake Charles, LA, and an Empowered Guidance® Premier Consultant.

Motivated by the creative expression opportunities in the beauty industry, she began her career in beauty in 2000 by attending cosmetology school, then graduating from the Vidal Sassoon Advanced Academy in Santa Monica, California. From that point, it didn’t take long for her to realize very early that she wanted to own her own salon. At the age of 22, and without any assistance, she opened her Bauhaus Salon, which in 2008 became a Paul Mitchell Focus Salon.

In 2009, Sarah was appointed to the Louisiana State Board of Cosmetology where she met Lynn Glaze, founder of MasterPeace Consulting Group. That started her journey with MasterPeace live®, and changed her life in every sense of the word. Seeing the difference MasterPeace Consulting made in the day-to-day operations and profitability of her salon, she became a MasterPeace live® Consultant to help fellow salon owners, and committed Bauhaus to using the MasterPeace live® system.

Empowered Guidance® Premier Consultant: Marce Gauthreaux

Marce Gauthreaux is a Empowered Guidance® Premier Consultant. She is the owner of Amarcelite Salon in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

As a Paul Mitchell color educator for 8 years, she understood the importance of education to salon owners. When Lynn Glaze, MasterPeace live® founder, introduced Marce to Empowered Guidance® and the MasterPeace live® System, Marce’s salon saw a staggering 325% increase in retail sales and 52% increase in service dollars within two years WITH THE SAME AMOUNT OF STAFF!
